The building process is designed to be clear and straightforward from the start.
With a consistent approach across each stage, the team manages the detail required to move your home from initial design through to completion.
This includes planning approvals, engineering, building surveyor requirements, and all necessary permits before construction begins.
From there, the build is managed through to final inspections and handover.

After care
Support continues after your home is complete.
For the first 90 days following handover, the team is available to address any queries or issues relating to finishes, joinery or appliances.
Any items raised are reviewed and resolved in a timely and practical manner.
