How It Works

The process follows a clear sequence, from early planning through to installation and completion.

Pre-Construction

Initial consultation
Discuss your needs, lifestyle, budget and preferred location. At this stage, it’s recommended to speak with your bank or mortgage broker to arrange pre-approval.

Site assessment and design
If you already have land, a site inspection can be arranged. If not, available land options can be explored.

Based on your requirements and site conditions, your design is finalised, including layout, finishes and key features.

Quote and contract
A detailed quote is provided, outlining all costs. Once agreed, a HIA contract is issued, including plans, specifications and any selected inclusions or allowances.

The balance of the deposit is paid at this stage, along with land settlement if applicable.

Permits and approvals
All required permits, approvals and site documentation are arranged, including soil reports, contour surveys and relevant certifications.

Construction

Site preparation
While your home is constructed off-site, preparation works are completed on your land. This includes foundations, service connections and access for delivery and installation.

Delivery and installation
The modular sections are transported to site and installed using a crane, forming the structure of your home.

Post-Construction

Finishing works
Final connections and internal and external finishes are completed, along with any remaining site works.

Handover
Once complete, final inspections are carried out and the home is handed over.
